We currently do most of our work in Calgary and other cities in Alberta. Our goal is to expand our geography of work and begin to provide service in other provinces throughout Canada
The main specialization of the Santoma Homes Ltd. is the demolition of old buildings and the preparation of the site for future buildings or repairs.
We also provide services for the renovation of facades, renovation of apartments, bathrooms, basement and other internal construction and repair work.
Santoma Homes was founded in 2016 as a sole trader. In 2023 became a registered company with liability.
We are a young but rapidly growing company. Our team consists of professionals with extensive experience not only in Canada, but also in the USA and European countries. Every year we expand our geography of construction services

Lalataksh has over 8 years of experience in the Aviation Management field and is an expert in International trade and logistics. He is also well-versed in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management.
His success story is evidence of his desire to succeed and grow, having started as a general labourer, then went on to become a Logistics Manager. His personal drive and passion for new projects bring positive energy to the team.
